Applicant Information:
Applicant Fee: Early
Registration before April 1st $200.00: After
April 1st $225.00. A $100.00 application fee is
due at the time of application. Balance must be paid on or
before May 1st. Application fee is
non-refundable. Checks or money orders should be made
payable to:
Mid Penn Officials Camp and mailed to 318 Elm Court
Middletown PA 17057.
Staff Information:
Returning Staff must complete their 2008-2009 Officiating
Agreement, In-Service Camp Registration Form and return
along with their Conference Registration fee of $85.00 no
later than April 11th. There is no fee for
attending the In-Service Camp.
